It won the Brussels International Film Festival in three categories, as well as the Ibiza Film Festival, 2007 Rabat Film Festival, and was seen this year (2007) at the Toronto International Film Festival. Young director Cristian Nemscu died (27 Y) in a trafficaccident on the August 25, 2006 driving through Bucharest, Romania with his assistent in a taxi. Sons of Italy, a lodge i Blauvelt,... a philantropic society, created an Italian Feast and an award for Armand Assante. Lodge President Kenny Lee got the idea to create the Italian Networking Club, where members who owned their own businesses or worked for a company could get together and refer business to one other. The lodge sponsored ball teams, raised money for charitable causes, and awarded scholarships while also promoting Italian heritage,Kenny Lee informes.
